Procurement Analyst (Remote)
Our client is seeking a self-directed Procurement Analyst who thrives in a remote environment and enjoys partnering with cross-functional stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone who communicates clearly, stays organized under shifting priorities, and is motivated to grow through mentorship. The right candidate brings a collaborative mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to keep procurement activities moving efficiently.

This role is fully remote. Candidates must work EST hours.

Procurement Analyst (Remote) Responsibilities

• Triage and manage incoming procurement requests, ensuring timely responses and proper routing.
• Execute routine, low-risk, low-dollar agreements and purchasing activities.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to support sourcing, vendor coordination, and procurement workflows.
• Assist with compliance, policy adherence, and basic risk management practices.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and contribute to process and cost improvement efforts.

Procurement Analyst (Remote) Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 3+ years of relevant procurement experience.
• Experience with Workday Procurement or a similar ERP system.
• Working knowledge of basic negotiation and contracting concepts is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Compensation: $24-$28/hr. (DOE)
