Platform & Publishing Manager
Our client is seeking a Platform & Publishing Manager to support a fast-paced Portfolio & Implementation team responsible for ensuring operational and training content is accurately published and maintained across multiple internal platforms. This individual will play a critical role in managing publishing workflows, coordinating cross-functional inputs, and ensuring content is delivered on time and with precision. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive in communication, and comfortable navigating multiple stakeholders and concurrent workstreams.
This role is a hybrid model Beaverton, Oregon.
Platform & Publishing Manager Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end publishing process across multiple digital platforms, ensuring content is accurate, complete, and released according to schedule.
- Coordinate localization efforts, including tracking translation progress and confirming all language versions are uploaded and maintained correctly.
- Develop and maintain program dashboards, recognition structures, and tracking tools to support global initiatives.
- Govern content lifecycle management, including ownership tracking, version control, archiving outdated materials, and maintaining system accuracy.
- Support seasonal and program launches by building folder structures, managing distribution of video and training materials, and ensuring readiness across regions.
- Produce and maintain recurring training calendars across multiple geographic areas and audiences, validating content availability prior to release.
- Manage user access and partner onboarding for publishing platforms, collaborating with technical teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Provide consistent communication updates to stakeholders, including summaries of newly published materials and status reporting across active initiatives.
Platform & Publishing Manager Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in platform management, content publishing, or digital program operations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to proactively engage and align multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
- Highly detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities in complex, fast-moving environments.
- Experience working with content management, collaboration, and project tracking tools (e.g., Airtable, Box, Slack, Outlook, or similar systems).
- Ability to learn and navigate learning management or enablement platforms.
- Comfortable operating in a self-directed, matrixed organization with evolving priorities.
- Retail or multi-location operations experience is helpful but not required.
Compensation: Up to $44.37/hr. (DOE)
