Physical Therapist
Our client is seeking a dedicated and forward-thinking Physical Therapist to join a highly collaborative outpatient team. This role offers the opportunity to provide exceptional patient care in a supportive environment that values clinical excellence, professional growth, and strong interdisciplinary partnerships.
This role is onsite in Portland, Oregon.
Physical Therapist Responsibilities
- Deliver individualized, evidence-supported patient care while maintaining a positive, encouraging, and growth-oriented approach.
- Ensure a high-quality patient experience by contributing to strong clinical outcomes and supporting both fellow therapists and clinic staff.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to coordinate treatment plans and promote continuity of care.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system and adapt to daily scheduling needs.
- Work effectively with therapy support staff and colleagues to maintain smooth clinic operations.
- Participate in community outreach, marketing efforts, and local events to support clinic visibility and growth.
- Uphold the organization’s mission, values, and standards of practice in all patient and team interactions.
Physical Therapist Qualifications
- Strong work ethic paired with confidence, professionalism, and the ability to work independently.
- Proficient with clinical technology and comfortable incorporating digital tools into daily workflow.
- Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited institution.
- Current or eligible Oregon Physical Therapy license in good standing.
- Advanced or specialty certifications (e.g., OCS, SCS) preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients, colleagues, and referring providers.
- Effective time management skills, reliability, and punctuality.
- Ability to maintain HIPAA compliance and work well in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
- Motivated, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a positive clinic culture.
Salary: 95K-115K/year. (DOE)
