Payroll Commissions Consultant
Our client is seeking a detail-driven Payroll Commissions Consultant to provide interim support during a period of transition and operational refinement. This role is ideal for a trusted partner who brings both technical confidence and a collaborative mindset, balancing precision with thoughtful process improvement. The consultant will play a key role in ensuring continuity, accuracy, and best-practice alignment across commission administration.

This role is a hybrid model in the Beaverton, Oregon area.

Payroll Commissions Consultant Responsibilities

  • Administer and validate complex commission calculations across multiple monthly and quarterly plans.
  • Partner cross-functionally with HR, Finance, FP&A, and Payroll to ensure accurate data flow and payroll execution.
  • Review existing commission processes and recommend efficiency improvements and best practices.
  • Support plan documentation, reporting, and reconciliation to ensure clarity and audit readiness.
  • Provide hands-on transition support as commission responsibilities shift between teams.

Payroll Commissions Consultant Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience managing payroll commissions across diverse compensation plans.
  • Strong working knowledge of commission tracking systems or comparable incentive compensation platforms.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across Finance, Payroll, and HR stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage sensitive data with discretion and accuracy.
  • Adaptable, solutions-oriented professional comfortable stepping into evolving environments.
