Office Manager
Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to support daily operations and maintain an efficient, well-run workplace. This role serves as a central point of coordination across administrative functions, facilities, and employee support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and service-focused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Due to the nature of this role and immediate business needs, we are only considering candidates currently residing in Mesa, Arizona and surrounding areas.

Office Manager Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations, administrative support, and visitor coordination
  • Manage vendors, office supplies, and general workplace needs
  • Coordinate travel, events, and relocation logistics
  • Oversee facility maintenance and related services
  • Administer internal programs (vehicles, cell phones, expenses)
  • Support leadership with scheduling, reporting, and coordination

Office Manager Qualifications

  • 3+ years of office management or administrative experience
  • Bilingual in English and Korean required
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; Microsoft Office required, SAP a plus

Salary: $50K-$65K/year. (DOE)
