Merchandising Planner
Our client is seeking a curious, consumer-minded Merchandising Planner who thrives in fast-paced retail environments and brings a strong eye for product, detail, and collaboration. This individual will be energized by cross-functional work, comfortable managing seasonal tools and assortments, and motivated by supporting teams in delivering compelling product stories to market. The ideal candidate is analytical, adaptable, and brings a team-first mindset to an evolving merchandising landscape.
This role is a hybrid model in Beaverton, Oregon.
Merchandising Planner Responsibilities
- Support seasonal merchandising strategies through assortment planning, line maintenance, and product execution.
- Manage and update seasonal tools and assets, including Keynote presentations, Excel trackers, and internal planning systems.
- Coordinate sample management and support product readiness across key milestones.
- Partner cross-functionally with planning, product, design, marketing, and regional teams to align on product opportunities.
- Assist senior merchandising team members with research, analysis, and day-to-day operational needs.
Merchandising Planner Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in merchandising, buying, planning, or a related retail function.
- Strong retail foundation with customer-centric thinking, ideally with leadership or managerial exposure.
- Experience building or supporting seasonal assortments and merchandise line plans.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple timelines and priorities simultaneously.
- Clear communicator who collaborates effectively within highly cross-functional team environments.
Compensation: Up to $32.67/hr. (DOE)
