Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing & Communications Project Manager to support strategic marketing initiatives, campaigns, and high-profile events within a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for a collaborative professional who thrives on managing complex projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless execution of marketing deliverables. The ideal candidate brings strong project management expertise, hands-on event marketing experience, and the ability to drive projects from concept through completion while maintaining clear communication and operational efficiency.

This role is a hybrid model in Boston, Massachusetts.

Marketing & Communications Project Manager Responsibilities

• Lead marketing and communications projects from planning through execution, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations are successfully managed.
• Coordinate and support marketing campaigns, inbound requests, and strategic initiatives while maintaining consistent communication with internal teams and key stakeholders.
• Oversee the marketing planning and execution of major events, including coordinating deliverables, managing logistics, and supporting promotional efforts.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, track risks and issues, and ensure projects remain on time, on strategy, and within scope.
• Support process improvement initiatives by implementing project management workflows, reporting on project performance, and identifying opportunities for operational efficiency.

Marketing & Communications Project Manager Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in marketing project management with a strong emphasis on event marketing and campaign execution.
• Proven experience managing projects end-to-end using project management platforms such as Airtable, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex marketing initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field required; experience in healthcare marketing or agency environments is a plus.
