Marketing & Communications Project Manager
Our client is seeking a collaborative and results-driven Marketing & Communications Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced, client-facing environments. This individual brings strategic thinking, operational discipline, and strong communication skills to lead cross-functional marketing initiatives from concept through delivery. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and motivated to drive high-quality outcomes while strengthening processes and team alignment.
This role is a hybrid model in Boston, Massachusetts.
Marketing & Communications Project Manager Responsibilities
- Lead marketing and communications projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and on-time delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and clients, facilitating meetings and providing clear, consistent project communication.
- Oversee marketing support for large-scale events and campaigns, coordinating cross-functional teams to execute promotional strategies effectively.
- Monitor project and event risks, proactively identifying issues and implementing solutions to maintain timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Partner with leadership to enhance workflows, develop project schedules and forecasts, and leverage data insights to improve departmental processes and performance.
Marketing & Communications Project Manager Qualifications
- 6–8 years of marketing and communications project management experience, with demonstrated success delivering complex initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in project management platforms such as Asana, Airtable, or similar tools, with strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and supporting event marketing initiatives; healthcare or agency experience preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, navigate ambiguity, and maintain a high level of detail and accountability.
