Lead TRIRIGA Engineer
Our client is seeking a Lead TRIRIGA Engineer to support a high-impact, enterprise-level initiative within a Digital Employee Experience organization. This role is ideal for a senior technical expert who thrives in complex environments, brings deep platform ownership, and can confidently lead both upgrade efforts and ongoing system stability for business-critical lease operations.

This role is fully remote.

Lead TRIRIGA Engineer Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical ownership of IBM TRIRIGA, with a primary focus on Lease Administration and Lease Accounting modules.
• Drive and execute system upgrade initiatives within a highly customized TRIRIGA environment, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison across cross-functional stakeholders, including Finance, Real Estate, and Workplace teams.
• Provide hands-on support and leadership for production issues, ensuring timely resolution of lease-related incidents and system defects.
• Oversee and coordinate work delivered by third-party vendors, system integrators, and managed service partners.
• Establish and maintain strong documentation, change control processes, and audit-ready practices to support compliance requirements.
• Support ongoing enhancements, system improvements, and optimization efforts aligned with evolving business needs.

Lead TRIRIGA Engineer Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of hands-on experience with IBM TRIRIGA, operating at a senior or lead engineering level.
• Deep expertise in TRIRIGA Lease Administration and Lease Accounting modules within complex, customized environments.
• Proven experience leading or contributing to TRIRIGA upgrades in large-scale enterprise settings.
• Strong technical proficiency in SQL and a solid understanding of TRIRIGA data structures and architecture.
• Demonstrated ability to support financially sensitive or regulated systems, including audit and compliance considerations.
• Experience working independently in a lead capacity, with the ability to quickly assess, prioritize, and execute.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to partner effectively across technical and business teams.
• Experience with additional TRIRIGA modules (e.g., Space Planning or Capital Projects) or global real estate portfolios is a plus.

Compensation: Up to $64/hr. (DOE)
