International Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist (Food Industry)
Our client is seeking a Senior Regulatory Compliance Specialist who brings sound judgment, strong collaboration skills, and a proactive mindset to support compliant product innovation in a fast-paced environment. This individual will serve as a trusted regulatory partner across the business, guiding products from concept through commercialization while upholding the highest standards of safety, quality, and integrity. The ideal candidate balances technical expertise with clear communication, leadership presence, and a solutions-oriented approach.

This role is onsite in McMinnville, Oregon.

International Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist (Food Industry) Responsibilities

  • Ensure global regulatory compliance for food products, including labeling, ingredients, claims, and documentation across multiple markets.
  • Provide strategic regulatory guidance throughout product development, commercialization, and customer engagement processes.
  • Prepare, manage, and maintain regulatory documentation, specifications, questionnaires, and customer portal records with precision.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, R&D, Quality, and Packaging teams to support timely and compliant product launches.
  • Act as a regulatory subject matter expert by mentoring team members, improving processes, and influencing compliance decisions.

International Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist (Food Industry) Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or a related discipline.
  • 5 or more years of regulatory and/or quality experience within the food industry.
  • Working knowledge of both U.S. + Canadian and/or European food regulations and export requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting products such as protein or snack bars.
  • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.

Salary: $80K-$100K/year. (DOE)
