HR & Payroll Manager (UKG)
Our client is seeking an HR & Payroll Manager (UKG) who brings precision, sound judgment, and a strong operational mindset to a highly visible role. This role is onsite in McMinnville, Oregon.
HR & Payroll Manager (UKG) Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end multi-state payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee timekeeping and attendance processes, including validation of hours worked, overtime, and pay practices.
- Administer benefits and leave programs, maintaining compliance with applicable federal and state regulations.
- Serve as system owner for HRIS and payroll platforms, safeguarding data integrity, reporting accuracy, and system performance.
- Drive operational excellence through process improvements, internal controls, risk mitigation, and cross-functional collaboration.
HR & Payroll Manager (UKG) Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
- 5–8+ years of progressive HR operations experience, including multi-state payroll management.
- Strong hands-on experience with UKG, including payroll, time and attendance configuration, reporting, and administration.
- Solid knowledge of wage and hour laws, leave regulations, and ACA-related compliance requirements.
- Exceptional attention to detail, discretion with confidential information, and comfort working within manufacturing environments
Salary: $80K-$100K/year. (DOE)
