HR Operations Manager
Our client is seeking an HR Operations Manager to lead core HR operations with a strong focus on payroll, benefits, and HR systems. This role is ideal for a steady, detail-oriented HR professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and serves as a trusted resource for employees and leadership. The ideal candidate brings operational rigor, sound judgment, and a service-driven mindset to support a diverse workforce.
This role is onsite in Vancouver, Washington.
HR Operations Manager Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant processing for hourly and salaried employees.
- Administer employee benefits programs, serving as a trusted resource for employees, vendors, and internal partners.
- Maintain and optimize HRIS data integrity, reporting, and system functionality within ADP Workforce Now.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations, proactively addressing risks and changes.
- Partner cross-functionally with HR and Finance to resolve issues, reconcile data, and support operational continuity.
HR Operations Manager Qualifications
- 4–6 years of progressive HR experience with a strong focus on People Operations, payroll, and benefits.
- Hands-on expertise with ADP Workforce Now, including payroll processing and HRIS administration.
- Working knowledge of benefits administration, employee leave programs, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience supporting employee populations in operational, manufacturing, or fast-paced environments.
- High degree of discretion, accuracy, and professionalism when handling sensitive employee information.
Salary: $100K-$110K/year + Bonus. (DOE)
