Global Business Integration Lead
Our client is seeking a Global Business Integration Lead who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and brings a strong balance of operational rigor and strategic thinking. This individual will play a critical role in optimizing processes, enabling product teams, and driving alignment across global stakeholders to support seamless execution from concept to consumer.
This role is a hybrid model in Beaverton, Oregon.
Global Business Integration Lead Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve business processes, tools, and workflows supporting product creation and operations.
- Partner with functional and operational leaders to drive alignment, facilitate decision-making, and ensure execution of key business priorities.
- Maintain and manage product calendars, ensuring updates are clearly communicated and adopted across teams.
- Develop and deliver reporting, insights, and communications in a clear, actionable format for diverse stakeholders.
- Create and standardize documentation, training materials, and best practices to drive consistency and operational excellence.
- Build and execute project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and risk management, ensuring on-time delivery of key initiatives.
- Identify process gaps and opportunities for improvement, driving continuous optimization across the organization.
- Support teams in interpreting data and analytics to inform business decisions and improve outcomes.
Global Business Integration Lead Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product management, project management, operations, or business strategy.
- Experience supporting product development, product planning, or operations within a retail or consumer products environment; sports or footwear industry experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of the product lifecycle and value chain from concept through delivery to consumer.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement, standardization, and operational efficiency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and lookups) and presentation tools such as PowerPoint or Keynote.
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Smartsheet, Airtable, Miro, or similar platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Compensation: Up to $53.33/hr. (DOE)
