Our client is seeking a Financial Analyst who thrives at the intersection of numbers, storytelling, and cross-functional partnership. This individual will bring strong analytical rigor paired with the ability to translate complex financial insights into clear, actionable guidance for diverse stakeholders. Success in this role requires curiosity, initiative, and comfort navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced, highly visible environment.

This role is a hybrid model in Beaverton, Oregon.

Financial Analyst Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary finance partner to product creation teams, supporting seasonal margin planning and decision-making.
• Build and maintain financial models, scenario plans, and margin analyses to assess the impact of product, pricing, and cost decisions.
• Translate strategic margin targets into actionable financial plans aligned with leadership priorities.
• Track and analyze margin performance, proactively identifying risks, opportunities, and improvement levers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with non-finance partners to deliver clear insights through presentations and ad hoc analysis.

Financial Analyst Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field required.
• 2–4 years of experience in a financial analyst, financial planning, or similar analytical role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and complex analysis.
• Demonstrated experience with financial modeling, scenario planning, and quantitative analysis.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial insights clearly using PowerPoint and verbal storytelling.

Compensation: Up to $38/hr. (DOE)
