Executive Assistant
Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide strategic administrative support within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. This individual will partner closely with senior leadership, playing a critical role in keeping priorities, communications, and operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail-oriented, and confident managing executive-level interactions.
This role is a hybrid model in Beaverton, Oregon.
Executive Assistant Responsibilities
- Provide direct administrative support to a senior technology executive, while also assisting additional leadership stakeholders.
- Own complex calendar management, meeting coordination, and scheduling across multiple priorities and time constraints.
- Facilitate team meetings, including preparation, coordination, and live presentation support using PowerPoint.
- Develop, format, and refine high-quality presentations, reports, and documents under tight timelines.
- Coordinate domestic and/or international travel arrangements in alignment with corporate policies and cost considerations.
- Prepare and reconcile expense reports, purchase requests, and related administrative documentation.
- Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external partners, exercising professionalism and discretion.
- Review and finalize documents for accuracy, clarity, and proper grammatical usage.
- Organize and maintain digital files, records, and shared resources.
- Support broader operational and logistical needs, including events, team activities, and organizational updates.
Executive Assistant Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of executive or senior-level administrative support experience.
- Experience supporting VP, C-suite, or equivalent senior leadership stakeholders.
- Strong presentation and meeting facilitation skills, including advanced PowerPoint capabilities.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Calendar tools, Slack, and modern document management platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities with strong follow-through and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive or confidential information with discretion.
- Highly adaptable, responsive, and comfortable working in dynamic environments.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
Compensation: Up to $28.17/hr. (DOE)
