Executive Assistant
Our client is seeking a highly trusted Executive Assistant who thrives in fast-paced, leadership-level environments and brings calm, clarity, and organization to complex operations. This individual will act as a strategic administrative partner, balancing discretion, communication, and logistics while supporting executive leadership and high-visibility governance functions. The ideal candidate blends relationship-building, analytical thinking, and operational excellence to keep leadership teams running smoothly.
This role is onsite in Vancouver, Washington.
Executive Assistant Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and scheduling support to senior leadership and governance bodies.
- Prepare, distribute, and maintain meeting materials, agendas, minutes, and official records.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, travel, events, and leadership activities across multiple locations.
- Compile reports, financial summaries, and performance data for executive and board review.
- Serve as a professional liaison between leadership, staff, external partners, and the public.
Executive Assistant Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience supporting executives, boards, or senior leadership teams.
- Strong proficiency with office productivity tools, scheduling platforms, and collaboration software.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for high-level correspondence and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
Compensation: $30-$45.73/hr. (DOE)
