Executive Administrative Assistant
Our client is seeking a highly organized and dependable Executive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to multiple senior leaders within a dynamic corporate environment. The ideal candidate is a poised professional who brings exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage complex priorities with discretion and professionalism. This role is well suited for someone who thrives in fast-paced settings, demonstrates sound judgment, and maintains a calm, solutions-oriented approach while supporting executive leadership.
This role is a hybrid model in Portland, Oregon.
Executive Administrative Assistant Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to multiple executives, including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents requiring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Screen communications, manage incoming requests, and act as a liaison to help prioritize executive schedules and resolve routine inquiries.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and special projects, including preparing materials, capturing meeting notes, and tracking follow-up actions.
- Manage administrative operations such as expense reporting, record maintenance, supply coordination, and general office support.
Executive Administrative Assistant Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressively responsible administrative or executive support experience supporting senior leadership.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent grammar, proofreading, and business correspondence abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and maintain professionalism in high-visibility environments.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise sound judgment and initiative.
