Dynamics 365 Sales & Marketing Consultant
Our client is seeking a Dynamics 365 Sales & Marketing Consultant to provide hands-on support for a recently implemented Dynamics 365 Marketing environment. This consultant will step into an active backlog of post-go-live work and partner closely with internal teams to stabilize, optimize, and enhance marketing and sales automation capabilities. The ideal candidate is highly experienced with Dynamics 365, comfortable operating in fast-moving environments, and able to deliver value immediately.

This role is a hybrid model in Lake Oswego, Oregon.

Dynamics 365 Sales & Marketing Consultant Responsibilities

• Support and enhance an existing Dynamics 365 Sales and Marketing implementation following a recent go-live.
• Design, build, and optimize marketing automations, customer journeys, and business process flows.
• Develop and refine reporting, dashboards, and insights to support sales and marketing decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Troubleshoot system issues, resolve configuration gaps, and recommend best-practice improvements.
• Assist with backlog prioritization and execution to ensure timely delivery of high-impact enhancements.
• Provide guidance on platform capabilities, limitations, and optimization opportunities.

Dynamics 365 Sales & Marketing Consultant Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Dynamics 365 Marketing.
• Proven ability to support post-implementation environments and manage enhancement backlogs.
• Strong experience building automations, workflows, customer journeys, and business process flows.
• Demonstrated expertise in reporting, analytics, and dashboard development within Dynamics 365.
• Ability to quickly ramp up, work independently, and deliver results with minimal oversight.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience working in fast-paced, evolving project environments.

Compensation: $60-$80/hr. (DOE)
