Dynamics 365 Sales & Marketing Consultant
Our client is seeking a Dynamics 365 Sales & Marketing Consultant to provide immediate, hands-on support for an active Dynamics 365 CRM initiative. This role requires a practitioner who can contribute quickly within a live implementation environment, focusing on configuration, build, and execution rather than advisory work. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Dynamics 365, comfortable moving at implementation speed, and capable of delivering value with minimal ramp time.

This role is a hybrid model in Lake Oswego, Oregon. Fully remote applicants may be considered.

Dynamics 365 Sales & Marketing Consultant Responsibilities

  • Perform hands-on configuration and solution build activities within Dynamics 365 CRM, including workflows, business rules, and platform components.
  • Support Dynamics 365 Sales and Marketing functionality, ensuring alignment with evolving business requirements.
  • Design and implement process automation using Power Platform tools, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Contribute to data modeling and data-related activities within Microsoft Dataverse.
  • Assist with integrations, enhancements, and system refinements required during implementation.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate operational needs into scalable CRM solutions.
  • Troubleshoot configuration and platform issues to maintain project momentum and delivery timelines.

Dynamics 365 Sales & Marketing Consultant Qualifications

  • Demonstrated hands-on experience supporting Dynamics 365 CRM implementations.
  • Strong working knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales and/or Dynamics 365 Marketing.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dataverse strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Power Platform tools, particularly Power Apps and Power Automate, strongly preferred.
  • Ability to operate effectively with minimal onboarding and contribute immediately.
  • Proven success working in fast-paced, execution-focused project environments.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.

Compensation: $60-$80/hr. (DOE)
