Design Apprentice
Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Design Apprentice who is eager to grow within a fast-paced, product-driven environment. This individual will support the creation and execution of apparel graphics while partnering across teams to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and alignment from concept through production. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and brings a strong foundation in graphic design with a passion for learning and contributing to high-volume workflows.

This role is a hybrid model in Beaverton, Oregon.

Design Apprentice Responsibilities

• Create and manage detailed graphic schematics for apparel products, ensuring accuracy in design elements such as placement, scale, color, and application.
• Collaborate closely with design and cross-functional partners to translate creative concepts into production-ready assets.
• Support the development process by preparing and maintaining organized design files for handoff to internal and external partners.
• Coordinate and track creative submissions, incorporating feedback from internal review groups and ensuring updates are communicated effectively.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining quality and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, iterative environment.

Design Apprentice Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Apparel Design, or a related field preferred, with 2–4 years of relevant design experience.
• Proven ability to contribute to graphic design work and develop technical schematics, ideally within apparel or footwear.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign; exposure to 3D rendering tools is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing tasks and adapt quickly in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with a collaborative and proactive mindset.

Compensation: Up to $40/hr. (DOE)
