Customer Service Representative
Our client is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. This individual brings strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to quickly learn new systems while managing multiple priorities. The ideal candidate is reliable, solutions-focused, and committed to delivering timely, high-quality support across both internal and external stakeholders.
This role is onsite in Fort Mill, South Carolina.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues related to orders, billing, and freight claims with accuracy and professionalism.
- Investigate and manage claims and service requests, providing timely follow-up, clear communication, and appropriate resolution or escalation.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and claim statuses within internal systems.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and distribution centers to ensure efficient resolution of tickets and operational issues.
- Monitor daily performance metrics and workload priorities, ensuring timely responses, task completion, and adherence to service-level expectations.
Customer Service Representative Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 0–2 years of customer service, call center, or related experience required.
- Experience with SAP and basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally across teams.
- Demonstrated time management, problem-solving, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation: $24-$27/hr. (DOE)
