Apparel Graphic Designer
Our client is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Apparel Graphic Designer to support the development of graphics across men’s and women’s product lines. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to bring seasonal design direction to life through concepting, technical execution, and presentation materials. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings both strong design fundamentals and a collaborative mindset.

This role is a hybrid model in Beaverton, Oregon.

Apparel Graphic Designer Responsibilities

• Translate creative direction into compelling graphic concepts and production-ready designs for apparel products.
• Develop detailed technical schematics and artwork files to support product creation and manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with product designers and cross-functional partners to ensure alignment from concept through final execution.
• Create visual assets and presentation materials to communicate design intent and storytelling.
• Manage multiple design tasks and timelines simultaneously while maintaining high quality and accuracy.
• Apply strong knowledge of print techniques, materials, and production methods to inform design decisions.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to problem-solve and adapt designs in a rapidly evolving environment.
• Support broader design initiatives and contribute to team-based creative projects as needed.

Apparel Graphic Designer Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on apparel or product-based design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Demonstrated experience creating technical schematics and production-ready artwork.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
• Proven ability to think creatively and solve design challenges effectively.
• Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments with shifting priorities.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant apparel or product design work is required for consideration.
• Preferred: Experience with print production, screen printing, or product creation processes.
• Preferred: Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools and both vector and raster image creation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred but not required.

Compensation: Up to $37.33/hr. (DOE)
