Administrative Assistant
Our client is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to provide day-to-day support to multiple senior leaders within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator who can manage competing priorities, anticipate needs, and hit the ground running with a positive and adaptable approach.

This role is a hybrid model in Beaverton, Oregon.

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to multiple senior leaders, including complex calendar management, scheduling, and meeting coordination.
  • Manage competing priorities and shifting schedules while ensuring leaders are prepared for meetings, events, and other commitments.
  • Coordinate meeting logistics, including conference room reservations, materials, supplies, catering, and other necessary arrangements.
  • Prepare and process expense reports, purchase requests, supply orders, and other administrative documentation.
  • Coordinate business travel and related logistics while following established organizational policies and procedures.
  • Serve as a professional point of contact for internal and external partners, responding to inquiries and directing requests appropriately.
  • Prepare, format, proofread, and organize correspondence, presentations, reports, and other business materials.
  • Maintain files, records, organizational information, and other department resources while appropriately handling confidential information.
  • Support special projects, events, and general department operations as business needs arise.

Administrative Assistant Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of administrative support experience, preferably supporting senior leaders in a large, complex, or highly matrixed organization.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to successfully balance multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, collaborative approach.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, and comfort learning additional business systems and tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and quickly adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and sound judgment when working with confidential or sensitive information.
  • Positive, dynamic, and solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams and functions.
  • Experience with expense reporting or travel management platforms such as Concur is preferred.
  • Previous experience within a large global or matrixed corporate environment is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.

Compensation: $26.06/hr.
