Account Coordinator
Our client is seeking an Account Coordinator to serve as a key liaison between customers and internal commercial and operational teams. This role plays a critical part in onboarding new customers, ensuring requirements are clearly communicated, and supporting a seamless experience from initial engagement through handoff to ongoing customer support. The ideal candidate brings strong organization, communication, and follow-through skills and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This role is onsite in McMinnville, Oregon.

Account Coordinator Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of coordination between customers and internal teams, ensuring expectations, timelines, and deliverables are clearly communicated and executed.
  • Support new customer onboarding, including coordination of product development activities, trials, pricing inputs, packaging details, and readiness milestones.
  • Partner cross-functionally with teams such as R&D, production, warehouse, and office staff to keep customer projects on track.
  • Manage customer sample requests, including preparation, documentation, and shipment coordination.
  • Proactively identify, investigate, and help resolve customer questions or concerns in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of customer specifications and requirements to support accurate execution.
  • Facilitate customer visits and on-site interactions as needed.
  • Ensure a smooth transition of fully onboarded customers to ongoing customer service or account support teams.

Account Coordinator Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in account coordination, customer service, or a similar client-facing role, preferably within a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong ability to communicate clearly and professionally with both customers and internal teams.
  • Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • High attention to detail with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Comfort working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Salary: $60K-$80K/year. (DOE)
