Account Coordinator
Our client is seeking an Account Coordinator to serve as a key liaison between customers and internal commercial and operational teams. This role plays a critical part in supporting food-based customer projects from initial onboarding through launch, including coordination of product development, packaging, and go-to-market activities. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in food manufacturing or co-manufacturing environments, strong organizational skills, and the ability to keep complex, cross-functional projects moving in a fast-paced setting.

This role is onsite in McMinnville, Oregon.

Account Coordinator Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of coordination between customers and internal teams, ensuring expectations, timelines, and deliverables are clearly communicated and executed.
• Support new customer onboarding, including coordination of product development activities, trials, pricing inputs, packaging details, and readiness milestones.
• Partner cross-functionally with teams such as R&D, production, warehouse, and office staff to keep customer projects on track.
• Manage customer sample requests, including preparation, documentation, and shipment coordination.
• Proactively identify, investigate, and help resolve customer questions or concerns in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain a working knowledge of customer specifications and requirements to support accurate execution.
• Facilitate customer visits and on-site interactions as needed.
• Ensure a smooth transition of fully onboarded customers to ongoing customer service or account support teams.

Account Coordinator Qualifications

• 1 to 5 years of experience in account coordination, customer service, or a similar client-facing role within a food manufacturing, co-manufacturing, or production environment.
• Experience working with companies that develop and bring their own food products to market.
• Exposure to projects involving packaging development as part of the overall product or customer launch process.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across customers and internal technical and operational teams.
• Proven organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• High attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Salary: $60K-$80K/year. (DOE)
