Sales Support Specialist
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This individual will play a key role in supporting sales operations by ensuring seamless onboarding and renewal processes while delivering exceptional service to both internal teams and external partners. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, adaptability, and a keen ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism.
This role is fully remote. Applicants must reside in Oregon, Washington, Utah, or Idaho.
Sales Support Specialist Responsibilities
- Support onboarding and renewal processes for new and existing member groups, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide administrative and operational support to sales teams, including handling inquiries and coordinating communications.
- Maintain and update customer records, ensuring data integrity and completeness within internal systems.
- Review documentation and correspondence, identifying gaps and obtaining necessary information in compliance with policies.
- Manage daily workflows including emails, calls, and work queues, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and service expectations.
Sales Support Specialist Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in customer service, sales support, or a related environment.
- Working knowledge of health insurance or experience within a brokerage or insurance setting preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn internal systems and tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
Compensation: $17.75-$21/hr. (DOE)
