Business Operations Project Manager
Our client is seeking a Business Operations Project Manager to support the launch and operational development of a new product category. This role will focus on building structure, aligning cross-functional teams, and translating strategy into actionable plans. The ideal candidate is a systems thinker who can operate at both a strategic and tactical level, bringing clarity, organization, and momentum in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

This role is a hybrid model in Beaverton, Oregon.

Business Operations Project Manager Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment across teams and driving initiatives from concept through execution.
• Establish and refine operational processes, workflows, and communication frameworks to support a new and evolving business function.
• Translate high-level strategy into clear workplans, timelines, and deliverables that enable successful execution.
• Facilitate collaboration across diverse stakeholders, navigating competing priorities and driving consensus on key decisions.
• Build and maintain documentation, tools, and systems that support scalable and repeatable operations.
• Monitor progress, identify risks or gaps, and proactively implement solutions to keep initiatives on track.
• Support team organization and execution, ensuring consistency, accountability, and operational excellence.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying best practices and driving process enhancements.

Business Operations Project Manager Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in project management, business operations, or a related field.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Strong systems thinking with the ability to balance big-picture strategy and detailed execution.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work across varying personalities and perspectives.
• Experience operating in ambiguous environments with a proactive, self-directed approach.
• High attention to detail combined with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with project management tools and workflow systems; familiarity with Airtable is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; PMP certification is a plus but not required.
• Prior experience within a large, matrixed organization or consumer product environment is highly preferred.

Compensation: Up to $55.63/hr. (DOE)
