Brand Marketing Specialist
Our client is seeking a Brand Marketing Specialist to support the execution of integrated marketing strategies for a rapidly growing, culturally relevant brand collaboration in the sport and lifestyle space. This individual will play a key role in bringing campaigns to life across brand, digital, influencer, and retail channels, with a strong focus on engaging a modern, style-conscious consumer. The ideal candidate is creative yet analytical, thrives in fast-paced environments, and brings an entrepreneurial mindset with a strong pulse on fashion, culture, and storytelling.

This role is a hybrid model in Beaverton, Oregon.

Brand Marketing Specialist Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across brand, digital, influencer, and retail channels.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, digital, merchandising, communications, and external partners to deliver cohesive brand experiences.
• Execute seasonal and always-on marketing initiatives, including events, activations, and consumer-facing experiences.
• Assist in building and maintaining relationships with influencer, talent, and cultural partners to amplify brand presence.
• Analyze consumer insights, campaign performance, and market trends to inform marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.

Brand Marketing Specialist Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience in brand marketing, digital marketing, or influencer marketing.
• Background in fashion, footwear, sportswear, or consumer lifestyle brands preferred.
• Experience working in fast-paced or startup-like environments with an ability to adapt quickly to change.
• Strong understanding of cultural trends, particularly at the intersection of sport, fashion, and entertainment.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Compensation: Up to $40/hr. (DOE)
