Creative Production Manager
Our client is seeking a highly collaborative and creatively driven Creative Production Manager to lead end-to-end production for concept-driven projects across both physical and digital experiences. This individual thrives in ambiguity, brings strong interpersonal instincts, and operates as a strategic partner to creative teams—translating ideas into high-quality executions while fostering alignment across internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is curious, solutions-oriented, and energized by working at the intersection of design, storytelling, and production.

This role is a hybrid model in Beaverton, Oregon.

Creative Production Manager Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end creative production across concept development, planning, execution, and final delivery of assets and experiences.
• Partner closely with designers, creatives, and cross-functional teams to translate briefs into actionable production plans and timelines.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Source, commission, and manage external creative partners including agencies, freelancers, and production vendors.
• Oversee production execution for both digital and physical outputs such as content, activations, and retail or experiential builds.
• Serve as the central point of communication across internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and clarity throughout the production lifecycle.
• Drive budget tracking, contract coordination, and compliance with internal processes in partnership with legal and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate on-site production or activation execution, including managing run-of-show, schedules, and real-time problem solving.
• Identify risks, remove roadblocks, and proactively adjust plans to maintain project momentum and creative integrity.
• Continuously evaluate and integrate new tools, technologies, and industry trends to enhance production workflows and creative output.

Creative Production Manager Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in creative production, design operations, or creative project management within a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience managing creative projects across multiple mediums, including digital content, physical installations, or experiential activations.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguous environments while maintaining organization, clarity, and forward progress.
• Experience working with creative and design teams, with familiarity in tools such as Airtable and Figma.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information and present clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Strong project management capabilities, including timeline development, budget oversight, and vendor coordination.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the confidence to challenge assumptions and drive better outcomes.
• Commitment to staying current with emerging technologies, creative trends, and industry best practices.
• Prior experience within a global or highly matrixed organization is preferred.
• Previous experience supporting major consumer brands or creative organizations is highly preferred.
• Ability to travel approximately 10–20% as needed.

Compensation: Up to $40.85/hr. (DOE)
