Global Planning Change Management Lead
Our client is seeking a Global Planning Change Management Lead to support a high-impact enterprise initiative focused on enhancing global planning capabilities and enabling a new digital demand and assortment planning tool. This role will drive cross-functional adoption, shape future-state planning processes, and lead change management efforts across supply chain, planning, and technology teams. The ideal candidate brings strong enterprise program experience, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to operationalize complex planning transformations across global organizations.
This role is a hybrid model in Beaverton, Oregon.
Global Planning Change Management Lead Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end change management strategy for global planning capability and enterprise tool deployment initiatives.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across supply chain, planning, technology, and analytics teams to enable successful adoption.
- Develop and execute communication strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, and executive-ready presentations.
- Design and operationalize future-state planning processes, including workflows, RACI models, and playbooks.
- Oversee training development, user enablement, and adoption strategies to ensure successful capability rollout.
- Partner with global and regional planning teams to manage downstream impact and ensure consistency across geographies.
- Support business case development and track value realization, adoption metrics, and operational impact.
- Facilitate enterprise-level program execution from concept through deployment and sustainment.
- Ensure continuous improvement of planning capabilities post-launch through feedback loops and optimization.
Global Planning Change Management Lead Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in change management within planning, supply chain, or related enterprise transformation environments.
- Proven experience leading enterprise-level tool or system deployments with strong focus on user adoption and operationalization.
- Strong background in cross-functional communication, stakeholder management, and executive-level presentation development.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement business processes, training programs, and change enablement strategies.
- Solid understanding of supply chain or planning processes within retail, consumer goods, or manufacturing environments preferred.
- Experience working in complex, global, matrixed organizations with multiple business units or regions.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to measure impact, track adoption, and report on value creation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Compensation: Up to $66.20/hr. (DOE)
