Office Clerk (Part-Time)
Our client is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Office Clerk to provide part-time support in a collaborative, fast-paced office environment. This is a great opportunity for a student or early-career professional looking to gain hands-on office experience over the summer. The ideal candidate brings a proactive attitude, strong reliability, and a willingness to assist wherever needed.

This role is on-site in Portland, Oregon working part-time around 3-4 days a week.

Office Clerk (Part-Time) Responsibilities

  • Assist with general office projects and administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of shared office spaces.
  • Stock and organize office supply areas to ensure accessibility.
  • Perform basic filing and document organization.
  • Monitor incoming calls and provide light phone support as needed.

Office Clerk (Part-Time) Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow direction and complete tasks independently.
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to manage part-time hours consistently.
