Senior Executive Assistant
Our client is seeking a highly polished and proactive Senior Executive Assistant who excels at supporting senior technology leadership through strong organization, discretion, and strategic coordination. This individual brings a blend of executive support expertise, operational insight, and the ability to drive alignment across teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and thrives in fast-paced environments where communication, follow-through, and continuous improvement are key.
This role is a hybrid model in Boston, Massachusetts.
Senior Executive Assistant Responsibilities
- Manage executive operating rhythms, including meeting cadence, agenda planning, and action follow-up to ensure alignment and execution.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives by gathering inputs, tracking deliverables, and ensuring timely communication between leadership and teams.
- Support execution of projects by monitoring timelines, stakeholder responsibilities, and key milestones.
- Draft, edit, and prepare executive communications, reports, and documentation with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
- Evaluate and improve executive support processes while maintaining strict confidentiality and providing guidance to administrative staff as needed.
Senior Executive Assistant Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 10+ years of executive support experience, preferably within or supporting IT or technology leadership.
- 1–2 years of experience supporting projects or coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently.
