Recruiter
Our client is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support a growing hiring pipeline across content, operations, technology, marketing, fundraising, and finance. This role plays a key part in driving full-cycle recruiting efforts, coordinating cross-functional hiring teams, and ensuring timely, compliant hiring processes.
This role is a hybrid model in Portland, Oregon.
Recruiter Responsibilities
- Manage multiple requisitions at once, maintaining clear progress and timely communication.
- Lead the full recruiting lifecycle, from intake to offer, driving each search toward hire within a 30–45-day timeframe.
- Post and maintain job advertisements across multiple platforms, following a structured three-week open-posting process.
- Coordinate interviews by bringing hiring teams together, scheduling panels, and guiding stakeholders through the selection process.
- Partner closely with hiring managers, providing guidance, expectations, and regular communication throughout each search.
- Navigate and adhere to established hiring protocols, compliance expectations, and regulatory requirements, including those related to broadcast industry guidelines.
- Track candidate activity, maintain accurate documentation, and support reporting needs to ensure transparency and audit readiness.
- Contribute to sourcing strategies, talent pipelines, and continuous improvement of recruiting workflows.
Recruiter Qualifications
- Proven experience managing multiple concurrent requisitions with the ability to balance priorities and drive results.
- Strong background in full-cycle recruiting, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and offer coordination.
- Demonstrated success coordinating cross-functional hiring teams and organizing structured interview processes.
- Ability to work within highly regulated or process-driven environments, following established hiring frameworks and compliance protocols.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong organizational habits with attention to detail, documentation, and deadlines.
- Experience recruiting for technical and/or financial roles is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and common recruiting tools.
