Senior Production Artist
Our client is seeking a Senior Production Artist to support a high-performing apparel design team focused on golf and performance-driven products. This individual will play a critical role in translating creative concepts into precise, production-ready artwork, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and efficiency across a fast-paced product lifecycle. The ideal candidate brings strong technical design expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to independently manage production workflows while collaborating cross-functionally.

This role is a hybrid model in Beaverton, Oregon.

Senior Production Artist Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume production artwork by applying logos and graphics to apparel products, ensuring accuracy and alignment with design specifications.
• Create and maintain detailed schematics, tech packs, and production-ready files for both physical samples and digital renderings.
• Partner closely with design, product, and development teams to interpret creative direction and implement updates across multiple product lines.
• Track, manage, and update files throughout the product lifecycle to ensure accuracy through final approval and production.
• Review prototypes, strike-offs, and samples to validate graphic execution and recommend adjustments as needed.
• Support workflow efficiency by identifying process improvements and leveraging tools to streamline production timelines.
• Act as a key production resource, helping guide projects, communicate updates, and maintain alignment across cross-functional partners.

Senior Production Artist Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in apparel design and/or production, with a strong focus on production artwork and graphic application.
• Proven experience applying logos and graphics to blank apparel products, including the ability to interpret and adjust design specifications.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Creative Suite, with strong skills in layout, color, and production file creation.
• Solid understanding of apparel construction, product lifecycle, and production processes.
• Experience creating schematics, flats, and technical documentation for apparel graphics.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Experience with print methods, color application, pattern design, or all-over print (AOP) is a plus.
• Familiarity with 3D apparel tools (e.g., CLO, Browzwear) or workflow tools (e.g., Airtable, Smartsheet, Miro) is a plus.
• Interest in golf or familiarity with golf culture is a plus.

Compensation: Up to $44/hr. (DOE)
