Senior Supply Chain Planning Analyst
Our client is seeking a highly analytical and relationship-driven Senior Supply Chain Planning Analyst to support complex manufacturing operations and partner management across the Americas. This individual will play a critical role in translating data into actionable insights, driving planning execution, and serving as a key liaison between internal teams and external factory partners. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, communicates complex concepts clearly, and brings a hands-on approach to supply chain planning and problem-solving.

This role is a hybrid model in Beaverton, Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution activities for assigned manufacturing partners, ensuring alignment between demand, capacity, and production timelines.
• Own and manage relationships with external factory partners, serving as the primary point of contact for operational planning, issue resolution, and performance alignment.
• Analyze complex manufacturing and supply chain challenges, translating data-driven insights into clear recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Drive capacity and delivery planning processes, including ongoing validation of production plans and rapid adjustment to changing business needs.
• Facilitate regular operational cadences with cross-functional stakeholders to track performance, resolve exceptions, and maintain delivery commitments.
• Partner closely with sourcing, planning, logistics, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution across the supply chain.
• Support key programs and product flows by monitoring progress, identifying risks, and ensuring timely execution across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain planning, manufacturing, operations, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to analyze and synthesize large, complex datasets.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively across diverse audiences, including translating technical manufacturing challenges into clear business insights.
• Hands-on experience working within supply chain planning and execution, ideally in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Demonstrated success managing external partners or suppliers, with strong relationship management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
• Prior experience in a large-scale consumer products or apparel environment strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting international manufacturing operations, particularly in Central America, is a plus.
• Bilingual Spanish skills are helpful but not required.

Compensation: Up to $44.37/hr. (DOE)
