- Drive color strategy across multiple categories, incorporating consumer insights, market trends, and distribution channels.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, product, and development partners to ensure cohesive and executable color solutions.

- 8+ years of experience in apparel color design, with a strong emphasis on apparel (footwear-only experience will not be considered).
- Proven ability to build and execute color strategies across both performance and lifestyle apparel.
- Strong understanding of commercial product design and the ability to create color solutions for broad consumer audiences.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- A compelling portfolio that clearly showcases inspiration, color development process, and finalized palettes.
- Advanced proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional partners.
- Deep knowledge of consumer behavior, retail trends, and competitive landscape.
- Experience working within large, global brands or similar environments is preferred.
