Brand Marketing Manager
Our client is seeking a Brand Marketing Manager to help shape and execute global marketing initiatives focused on youth audiences. This role will lead strategic brand storytelling, develop seasonal marketing plans, and collaborate across teams to create impactful campaigns that connect with young consumers and their communities. The ideal candidate brings strong marketing strategy experience, cultural awareness, and the ability to translate insights into compelling brand narratives.
This role is a hybrid model in Beaverton, Oregon.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead integrated marketing plans that support brand growth and business objectives for youth-focused products and initiatives.
- Translate consumer insights and cultural trends into impactful storytelling and campaign concepts.
- Build seasonal marketing strategies and lead cross-channel activation across digital, retail, and experiential platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners across marketing, product, creative, and business teams to align brand initiatives.
- Create and present strategic marketing briefs, campaign concepts, and brand plans to leadership and stakeholders.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute campaigns that deliver cohesive consumer journeys across channels.
- Support product launches, partnerships, and marketing initiatives that drive engagement with youth audiences.
- Monitor campaign performance and marketplace trends to inform future strategies and opportunities.
Qualifications
- 5–8+ years of experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing, or related roles.
- Proven experience leading cross-channel marketing plans and brand activations.
- Strong ability to develop strategic plans, build presentation decks, and communicate ideas effectively to leadership and teams.
- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple marketing, creative, and business partners.
- Strong storytelling and brand narrative development skills.
- Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
- Passion for youth culture, sports, and the evolving digital media landscape.
- Self-starter with the ability to thrive in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
Preferred
- Experience working within large global organizations or marketing agencies.
- Background in youth-focused marketing or cultural trends related to kids and sports.
- Familiarity with digital, social, and content-driven marketing strategies.
Compensation: Up to $52.67/hr. (DOE)
