RFP Proposal Specialist
Our client is seeking an RFP Proposal Specialist to lead end-to-end proposal development in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. This role partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to produce compliant, competitive, and compelling responses to RFPs, RFIs, and related solicitations.

This role is fully remote. Applicants must work EST hours.

RFP Proposal Specialist Responsibilities

• Own and manage the full RFP lifecycle, ensuring all deadlines, requirements, and submission standards are met.
• Coordinate closely with sales, marketing, legal, underwriting, and other subject matter experts to gather accurate and timely content.
• Interpret complex solicitation requirements and translate them into clear, customer-facing proposal language and deliverables.
• Develop and finalize proposal materials and presentations that align with solicitation criteria and competitive positioning.
• Serve as a central point of organization and issue resolution, proactively identifying risks and driving solutions throughout the proposal process.
• Foster collaboration across business units by applying strong leadership, communication, and time-management skills.

RFP Proposal Specialist Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience supporting or leading RFP, RFI, or proposal development efforts.
• Strong ability to analyze and interpret complex written requirements and apply sound judgment to develop effective responses.
• Proven experience working cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders in a professional services or regulated environment.
• Proficiency with tools such as SharePoint, Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, and Adobe products is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Compensation: $21-$22/hr. (DOE)
