Global Finance Systems Business Analyst (JDE)
Our client is seeking a Global Finance Systems Business Analyst with strong JD Edwards expertise to serve as the primary finance systems partner supporting ERP initiatives and ongoing system operations. This individual will collaborate closely with finance, accounting, and IT teams to translate business needs into effective system solutions while ensuring stability, efficiency, and continuous improvement across financial systems. The ideal candidate brings a blend of ERP knowledge, financial process understanding, and strong analytical problem-solving skills within a collaborative, global environment.

This role is a hybrid model in Fairview, Oregon.

Global Finance Systems Business Analyst Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary finance systems resource for the JD Edwards ERP platform, supporting system implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing operational support.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate financial business needs into effective ERP system solutions.
• Lead and support testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure accurate system functionality and deployment readiness.
• Troubleshoot system issues, resolve transaction errors, and provide ongoing technical support to finance users while maintaining system stability and data integrity.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and system enhancements that strengthen financial operations and reporting capabilities.

Global Finance Systems Business Analyst Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience working within or supporting finance or accounting departments with knowledge of AP, AR, and financial reporting processes.
• At least 1–2 years of hands-on experience working with JD Edwards ERP systems (versions 9.1, 9.2, or XE).
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex business and system requirements.
• Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach to supporting cross-functional stakeholders.

Preferred:

• CPA certification or a master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Experience supporting ERP implementations or large-scale system upgrades within a global organization.
• Exposure to JD Edwards manufacturing, distribution, or sales/order management modules.
• Familiarity working within manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Ability to work effectively with global teams and external vendors supporting enterprise systems.

Salary: $90-$105K/year + Bonus. (DOE)
