Sales Operations Coordinator
Our client is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to support a fast-paced North America Planning team focused on rapid go-to-market execution. This role sits at the intersection of sales enablement, data analysis, and program coordination, ensuring time-sensitive product initiatives are executed accurately and on schedule. The ideal candidate thrives under tight deadlines, operates independently, and communicates insights clearly to a broad range of stakeholders.

This role is a hybrid model in Beaverton, Oregon.

Sales Operations Coordinator Responsibilities

• Pull, analyze, and synthesize sales and operational data to provide clear insights and actionable updates to cross-functional teams and leadership.
• Manage critical sales program timelines, ensuring orders are submitted accurately and deadlines are consistently met.
• Communicate directly with sales teams and account partners to resolve order discrepancies, clarify requirements, and drive timely execution.
• Develop and maintain presentation materials, dashboards, and reporting tools to support sell-in and go-to-market initiatives.
• Track order progress from initial submission through replenishment, proactively identifying risks and escalating issues as needed.
• Support visual merchandising and sales enablement efforts by preparing materials that showcase new product offerings.
• Operate with speed and precision in a high-volume environment, balancing multiple priorities simultaneously.

Sales Operations Coordinator Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience supporting sales operations, planning, go-to-market execution, or related functions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong ability to extract, evaluate, and present data clearly to diverse audiences.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data manipulation, reporting, pivot tables) and PowerPoint (creating professional, visually clear presentations).
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills and a sense of urgency.
• Confident communicator who is comfortable following up persistently to drive results.

Compensation: Up to $35.92/hr.
