Title Clerk
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Title Clerk who thrives in a process-driven environment and communicates with clarity and professionalism. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and a smooth operational flow. The right candidate is organized, adaptable, and comfortable collaborating across teams while managing documentation and data with precision.
This role is onsite in Beaverton, Oregon.
Title Clerk Responsibilities
- Process and coordinate out-of-state vehicle titles and related DMV documentation with a high level of accuracy.
- Review, prepare, and route licensing, registration, and title materials to appropriate agencies or partners.
- Maintain tracking schedules, reconcile records, and support documentation workflows to ensure timely completion.
- Export and work with system data in Excel to update, validate, and organize information.
- Communicate with internal departments and external partners to resolve missing or incorrect information.
Title Clerk Qualifications
- 1 or more years of DMV, title processing, or closely related administrative experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with comfort using email and collaboration tools.
- Basic Excel and general computer proficiency, including working within existing spreadsheets.
- Ability to stay organized while managing multiple documents, deadlines, and process steps.
- Detail-oriented, team-focused, and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and assist where needed.
Salary: $25-$30/hour. (DOE)
