HR Leave and Accommodation Analyst (Remote)
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented HR professional who combines empathy, sound judgment, and strong organizational skills to support employees through leave and accommodation processes. This role is well suited for someone who thrives in a policy-driven environment, communicates clearly with diverse stakeholders, and manages sensitive information with discretion. The ideal candidate brings a customer-focused mindset and the ability to balance compliance, accuracy, and service.
This role is fully remote. PST working hours are required.
HR Leave and Accommodation Analyst Responsibilities
- Administer employee leave cases from initial intake through eligibility determination, documentation review, and case closure.
- Manage disability and accommodation requests, including pregnancy and general accommodations, while supporting the interactive process and maintaining thorough case records.
- Provide guidance to employees and leaders regarding leave entitlements, benefits coordination, timelines, and policy interpretation.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure accurate case handling, system updates, and program compliance.
- Support process improvements, reporting, inbox management, and system testing or audits within the leave management platform.
HR Leave and Accommodation Analyst Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of experience administering employee leave and ADA accommodation programs.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with absence and leave case management required.
- Experience handling pregnancy and general accommodation intake and interactive processes required.
- Familiarity with Workday and basic Excel usage preferred.
- Working knowledge of federal leave regulations and ADA compliance principles.
