Supply & Inventory Planning Analyst
Our client is seeking a Supply & Inventory Planning Analyst to support a large-scale distribution center transition initiative. This role will play a critical part in coordinating inventory movements, managing material purchases, and ensuring supply continuity during a facility migration. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable collaborating across global teams in a fast-paced environment.

This role is a hybrid model in Beaverton, Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Support the transition of inventory between distribution centers, including ramp-down and ramp-up activities.
• Coordinate new material purchases and monitor purchase orders to maintain supply continuity.
• Analyze daily and weekly supply and inventory data to identify potential risks or execution gaps.
• Track inbound shipments, transfer orders, and volume flows across legacy and new facilities.
• Partner cross-functionally with supply planning, operations, and transition teams to ensure readiness and post-go-live stabilization.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support knowledge transfer throughout the transition process.
• Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders to support decision-making during the transition.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in supply planning, inventory planning, or related operations roles.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data-heavy analysis.
• Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight timelines in a dynamic environment.
• Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP preferred.
• Experience collaborating with international or cross-regional teams a plus.
• Self-starter who proactively asks questions, identifies risks, and drives solutions.

Preferred

• Experience supporting distribution center transitions or large-scale operational changes.
• Familiarity with inventory transfers, inbound planning, and multi-node operations.
• Comfortable working in time-sensitive environments with executive visibility.

Compensation: Up to $35.21/hr. (DOE)
