Senior Technical Product Manager
Our client is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead platform integrations and enterprise solutions within a complex B2B SaaS environment. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role designed for a deeply technical product leader who thrives at the intersection of engineering, data, and enterprise customers. The role focuses on building scalable, API-driven platform capabilities and integration solutions that accelerate enterprise adoption while maintaining long-term platform integrity.

This role is fully remote. Applicants must work Central Time Zone hours.

Senior Technical Product Manager Responsibilities

  • Own the platform product portfolio for enterprise integrations and customer-specific solutions, with accountability for scalability, reliability, adoption, and time-to-value.
  • Define, evolve, and deliver customer-facing platform and data products, including APIs, standardized integrations, analytics, and data-enabled capabilities.
  • Serve as the primary product point of contact for customer-driven integrations, partnering directly with enterprise clients to understand requirements and guide successful implementation.
  • Lead technical discovery efforts, including solution design sessions, integration planning discussions, and product demonstrations with customers and internal teams.
  • Partner closely with Engineering and Data teams to design and deliver extensible, maintainable integration architectures across complex enterprise environments.
  • Influence technical direction by advocating for pragmatic, scalable patterns and challenging unnecessary complexity or overly bespoke solutions.
  • Ensure seamless interoperability between the platform and customer IT ecosystems, supporting both initial implementation and long-term platform stability.
  • Balance short-term enterprise delivery commitments with long-term platform strategy, making thoughtful tradeoffs aligned with broader product goals.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Go-To-Market, and Partnerships teams to support positioning, solution narratives, and sales enablement for platform capabilities.

Senior Technical Product Manager Qualifications

  • 4–7+ years of experience in technical product management or equivalent roles delivering platform, API, integration, or data-intensive products in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong technical fluency in APIs, system integrations, and enterprise software architecture, including authentication, data flows, event-driven systems, middleware or iPaaS patterns, and observability.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence engineering decisions and drive outcomes within complex technical organizations without direct authority.
  • Proven experience engaging directly with customers in technical discovery, solution design, tradeoff discussions, and integration execution.
  • Strong product judgment with the ability to prioritize effectively, push back on over-engineering, and advocate for scalable, maintainable solutions.
  • Excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills, with experience partnering closely with Engineering, Data, and Customer Success teams to deliver end-to-end outcomes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred:

  • Experience with logistics, supply chain systems, or other complex enterprise operational platforms.
  • Background as a software engineer or in a highly technical role, with hands-on coding experience not required.
