Sales Account Coordinator
Our innovative manufacturing client seeks a driven Sales Account Coordinator who thrives at the intersection of customer relationships, operations, and cross-functional collaboration. This individual will serve as a trusted liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and consistent execution of customer requirements. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicative, and comfortable navigating a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining a strong customer-first mindset.
This role is onsite in McMinnville, Oregon.
Sales Account Coordinator Responsibilities
- Act as a primary point of contact to align customer expectations with internal teams.
- Support customer onboarding, including coordination of product development, trials, pricing, and packaging.
- Manage samples, logistics, and documentation to support customer needs.
- Partner cross-functionally to keep projects on track and resolve issues efficiently.
- Facilitate a smooth handoff of onboarded customers to ongoing customer support teams.
Sales Account Coordinator Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in account coordination, customer support, or a related role.
- Experience working in a manufacturing or production-based environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems in a fast-paced setting.
Salary: $60K-$80K/year. (DOE)
