Lead Product Line Manager
Our client is seeking an experienced Lead Product Line Manager to support a high-visibility training apparel portfolio during a critical coverage period. This individual will bring strong cross-functional influence, decisive leadership, and a deep understanding of global product creation to keep complex initiatives moving forward. The ideal candidate balances strategic thinking with hands-on execution and thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
This role is onsite in Beaverton, Oregon.
Lead Product Line Manager Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end product creation initiatives for training apparel, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met.
- Act as a decision maker within cross-functional teams, driving alignment across design, merchandising, and downstream partners.
- Facilitate product, design, and strategy reviews while maintaining momentum through ambiguous or evolving priorities.
- Translate insights, trends, and performance needs into clear product direction and compelling storytelling.
- Foster a collaborative, accountable team environment while maintaining high standards for quality and execution.
Lead Product Line Manager Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in product management, product creation, merchandising, or related product-focused roles.
- Demonstrated experience supporting global product creation, ideally within performance or training apparel categories.
- Proven ability to influence large, highly matrixed, cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills with confidence presenting both verbally and through visual tools.
- Personal or professional interest in training, fitness, or performance lifestyles preferred.
Compensation: Up to $56/hr. (DOE)
