RFP Proposal Specialist (Remote)
Our client is seeking a highly organized and collaborative RFP Proposal Specialist who thrives in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments. This individual will bring strong judgment, communication skills, and cross-functional leadership to produce compelling, compliant proposal materials. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable translating complex information into clear, customer-facing deliverables.

This role will work fully remote.

RFP Proposal Specialist Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end RFP, RFI, and proposal response efforts in a deadline-intensive environment
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather, validate, and synthesize content
• Develop compliant, competitive, and polished proposal and presentation materials
• Translate complex business and product information into clear, customer-ready messaging
• Identify opportunities to improve proposal efficiency, quality, and overall win strategy

RFP Proposal Specialist Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting proposal, RFP, or RFI development
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously
• Proficiency with collaboration and content tools (e.g., SharePoint, Salesforce, Excel, Adobe)
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred

Compensation: $21-$22/hr. (DOE)
