Talent Acquisition Specialist
This role is ideal for a relationship-driven recruiter who thrives in fast-paced environments and brings both strategic thinking and hands-on execution to talent acquisition. The ideal candidate is a trusted partner to hiring leaders, balancing high-volume recruiting demands with thoughtful, inclusive hiring practices. Success in this role requires strong judgment, adaptability, and the ability to build credibility across diverse teams.
This role is a hybrid model in Boston, Massachusetts.
Talent Acquisition Specialist Responsibilities
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver qualified talent across a variety of roles and levels
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies that balance immediate hiring needs with long-term talent goals
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt positions in a high-volume environment
- Leverage applicant tracking and recruiting technologies to ensure efficient, compliant hiring processes
- Provide a high-touch, customer-focused experience for candidates and internal stakeholders
Talent Acquisition Specialist Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle, high-volume recruiting experience across multiple job levels
- Prior recruiting experience in a healthcare or similarly complex, regulated environment preferred
- Proven experience using applicant tracking systems and online recruiting tools
- Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills in fast-moving environments
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills
