This role is a hybrid model in Boston, Massachusetts.

Talent Acquisition Specialist Responsibilities

• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver qualified talent across a variety of roles and levels
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies that balance immediate hiring needs with long-term talent goals
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt positions in a high-volume environment
• Leverage applicant tracking and recruiting technologies to ensure efficient, compliant hiring processes
• Provide a high-touch, customer-focused experience for candidates and internal stakeholders

Talent Acquisition Specialist Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle, high-volume recruiting experience across multiple job levels
• Prior recruiting experience in a healthcare or similarly complex, regulated environment preferred
• Proven experience using applicant tracking systems and online recruiting tools
• Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills in fast-moving environments
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills
