Production Lead (Night Shift)
Our client is seeking a reliable and hands-on Production Lead to guide night-shift operations within a fast-growing food manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for driving daily production performance, maintaining safety and quality standards, and supporting a positive, collaborative workplace. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, a commitment to continuous improvement, and experience in high-volume food production.

This role is onsite in McMinnville, Oregon.

Available Shifts:

• Shift 1: Sunday – every other Wednesday 5pm to 5am
• Shift 2: Every other Wednesday – Saturday 5pm to 5am

Production Lead Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate production team members, fostering a safe, supportive, and high-performance environment.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure products meet quality, safety, and regulatory expectations, including adherence to GMPs.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training efforts for new team members.
• Maintain strict safety practices, including proper use of PPE and compliance with all plant safety procedures.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and workflow efficiency.
• Ensure consistent execution of SOPs and operational guidelines.
• Provide coverage where needed, cross-train team members, and support job rotation across production lines.
• Work a flexible schedule as required, including weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Step into any line role as necessary to maintain smooth operations.

Production Lead Qualifications

• Previous experience as a production lead or similar role within food manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of food safety programs, GMPs, and compliance requirements.
• Proven leadership, communication, and team-building abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to interpret and follow operational policies and production procedures.
• Comfortable using basic computer systems and office software.
• Ability to work variable schedules, including weekends, holidays, and overtime when needed.
• Ability to communicate effectively. All materials will be provided in English.

Compensation: $28.88/hr +$2.50 differential.
