Technical Product Manager (Three Openings)
Our client is seeking multiple Technical Product Managers to drive the development and execution of complex, high-impact data and technology products. These roles sit at the intersection of product strategy, technical decision-making, and organizational enablement, supporting cross-functional teams as they deliver products that advance data quality, governance, and technical standards across the enterprise.

These roles are fully remote or can be a hybrid model in Beaverton, Oregon.

Technical Product Manager Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation and execution of product strategies and roadmaps that support quarterly, annual, and long-range goals.
  • Partner with engineering, architecture, design, and business teams to translate ideas into clear product requirements and measurable outcomes.
  • Guide products through the full lifecycle—from discovery and definition to launch and adoption—while ensuring alignment with broader enterprise objectives.
  • Drive consistency in product management practices, tools, and methodologies across multiple squads.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities, resolve complex challenges, and influence future state direction.
  • Support organizational capability by mentoring junior product team members and modeling best-in-class product leadership.
  • Communicate product vision, progress, and impact to senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
  • Evaluate risks, surface dependencies, and ensure delivery teams have clarity on priorities and success criteria.

Technical Product Manager Qualifications
Core Requirements for All Three Openings

  • Prior Technical Product Management experience leading strategy, roadmapping, and execution in technology-driven environments.
  • Hands-on experience collaborating with engineering and architecture teams and contributing to technical decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, align, and communicate effectively with stakeholders across business and technical domains.
  • Proven success driving large, cross-functional initiatives with multiple squads or workstreams.
  • Strong background in product lifecycle management, Agile/Lean product development, and data-driven prioritization.
  • Experience working in Jira and Confluence or similar product/engineering workflow tools.
  • Ability to think strategically, embrace change, foster teamwork, and champion inclusive collaboration.
  • Previous work within large, matrixed organizations is beneficial; industry-specific experience is a plus.

Role-Specific Expertise
Role 1: Technical Product Manager – Data Quality

  • Previous, hands-on experience leading initiatives focused on data quality is required.
  • Strong knowledge of tools such as CDQ, IDQ, or other enterprise data quality platforms is mandatory.
  • Experience defining standards, KPIs, and quality frameworks to improve trust in enterprise data assets.

Role 2: Technical Product Manager – Technical Standards & Requirements

  • Experience working closely with technical teams (e.g., engineering, architecture) to interpret technical standards and translate them into product requirements is required.
  • Background in data architecture, data engineering, or related technical disciplines is essential.
  • Experience in data governance, including drafting, implementing, or operationalizing policies, standards, and processes.

Role 3: Technical Product Manager – Data Governance

  • Previous experience driving data governance programs or products is required.
  • Direct experience with Informatica Cloud Data Governance & Catalog and Informatica Data Marketplace is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated ability to support governance frameworks, data stewardship programs, or enterprise metadata/catalog initiatives.

Compensation: Up to $79.33/hr. (DOE)
