Workday Business Analyst
Our client is seeking a Workday Business Analyst to assist their organization.

This role can be fully remote or a hybrid model for our client in Beaverton, Oregon.

Workday Business Analyst Responsibilities
In this role, you will support the client's HR Operations team in delivering world-class support for their employees. Their team serves as the front-line delivery team for their HR programs and supports the employees with their total rewards, payroll, and HR data needs. They are searching for a natural problem solver with knowledge of how Workday supports and enables HR processes.

What You Will Work On
You will work with HR and Technology partners across the globe to support Workday Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) processing, resolving HR System inquiries (via ServiceNow). You will use your Workday expertise to support HR processes and identify solution options for their partners. Leveraging your skills as a Business Analyst you will also support gathering business requirements, system testing, and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver process and technology changes across the client's centers and vendors.

Who You Will Work With
You will collaborate with the HR Systems team, the HR Functional teams, and the HR Technology teams. You will also collaborate with the HR Business Analysts to drive consistency and standard ways of using Workday to drive an excellent employee experience.

Workday Business Analyst Qualifications

  • 2 or more years of Business Analyst experience; solutioning, requirements, testing, and documentation.
  • 2 or more Workday HR experience required; EIB processing, strong knowledge of Workday Business Processes, Workday HCM.
  • Workday Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) experience required; creation, processing, validation, troubleshooting, consulting on approach/options.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with HR Operational processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to explain technical issues/solutions in business terms aligned to the business process.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines.
  • Proven experience executing large projects.
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions; ServiceNow preferred.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher or a combination of relevant education, experience, and training.

Compensation: $31.73-$41.73/hr. (DOE)
