VP, Supply Chain
Our food manufacturing client seeks a dynamic and results-driven VP of Supply Chain to lead their rapidly growing team in optimizing logistics, procurement, and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of leadership experience, with a proven ability to drive efficiency, foster collaboration, and maintain strong customer and vendor relationships. If you’re a strategic thinker with strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills this could be the next role for you.

This role is onsite in McMinnville, Oregon.

VP, Supply Chain Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing supply chain team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Drive production plans, inventory control strategies, and replenishment schedules to reduce waste and ensure efficiency.
• Oversee and optimize logistics, transportation, and customer service to ensure on-time deliveries and strong customer relationships.
• Supervise warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, and layout optimization for streamlined material flow.
• Manage procurement processes, including supplier negotiations, market research, and sourcing of quality, reliable ingredients, and materials.

VP, Supply Chain Qualifications

• Must have food manufacturing experience, with strong knowledge of food safety and quality standards.
• At least 10 years of leadership experience in supply chain management.
• Proven ability to provide effective supervision over warehouse operations for multiple locations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Strong business acumen with solid leadership, vendor management, interpersonal communication, and negotiation skills.
• SAP experience and proficiency with procurement tools/software.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Compensation: $200k-$230k (DOE) + Bonus
