Vendor Operations Coordinator
Our client, located in Beaverton, Oregon, is seeking a talented Vendor Operations Coordinator to join their team. As a Vendor Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth facilitation of vendor operations, including legal contracts, risk management protocols, security approvals, and navigation efforts. This role is a hybrid model in Beaverton, Oregon.
Vendor Operations Coordinator Responsibilities
- Coordinate the entire vendor contracting process from intake to execution for the Consumer Insights team.
- Process Master Service Agreements (MSAs) with new vendors and set up payment profiles.
- Handle Work Orders and Change Orders for new projects involving existing vendors.
- Collaborate effectively with Legal, Privacy, Vendor, and business partners, ensuring timely and efficient processes through various communication channels (email, phone, etc.).
- Manage vendor invoicing accurately and in a timely manner.
- Act as the central point of contact for the contracting process, providing regular updates on individual statuses.
- Maintain a comprehensive contract database for the team, ensuring organization and accessibility.
- Take on miscellaneous projects as required by request.
Vendor Operations Coordinator Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of business experience.
- Experience working with contracts and collaborating with legal, privacy, vendors, and business departments.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain key relationships with business partners.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining accurate and organized files.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous experience working with research data and personally identifiable information (PII) is preferred.
- Familiarity with contract management platforms such as Coupa, Cranium, Aravo, and Aha! is a plus.

Compensation: $30-$35/hr. (DOE)
